These are 'teaching' sessions, rather than 'workout' sessions. You get instruction, coaching, and corrective exercises. You'll be learning skills and principles of mobility, stability and strength. For beginners to learn the basics, and for the seasoned kettlebeller to 'tune up' technique, take the next step, and discover a deeper refinement.

If you're starting, here's advice on what to buy.

Get motivated by exercising with like-minded people -- and a little challenge to exceed your limits. Anyone can make you tired, but exhaustion isn't the goal. Looking better and feeling better is a natural outcome of proper athletic training, emphasizing quality over quantity. Appropriate for any age or condition.
